Easy to set up online. Rates were cheaper than Statefarm for my two vehicles.

They have helped me whenever I needed them to be there. My policy was about to be cancelled and they fixed the issue.

My agents were very knowledgeable about the insurance coverage. Explain everything I did not fully understand. Thank you for your patience and guidances

I saved 700 dollars a year switching to Progressive. It is worth going to their site and put in your information to see if you can get a cheaper rate. It doesn't cost anything to do so. also, they will make sure you have the same coverage if you speak to them on the phone.

Only had it for weeks so I cannot give an opinion because I have had only paper or emails communication with Progressive but I hope they will be there for me if I need them!
